Mediation Training & Presentations

Sue Bronson’s training will offer a theoretical understanding of the work, provide the context to translate theory into practice, and stay focused on the heart of the matter. Sue provides clear structured information to demystify complex concepts and skills without oversimplifying. She challenges you to go deeper or see things from a new context, building on and integrating with the knowledge and skills you bring.  Sue is an ACR Advanced Practitioner and one of two ACR Advanced Continuing Education Trainers.

Family & Divorce Mediation Training

This professional training program through the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee School of Continuing Education is for new and experienced mediators, collaborating professionals, and others interested in learning conflict resolution skills. This course gives participants the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to become a competent mediator for addressing parenting plans or a complete divorce. It also offers a framework instrumental for mediating in a growing variety of environments.

The five day (40 hour) course meets the criteria for mediators under Wisconsin Act 355 and is approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) Family Section. The training can be applied toward ACR Family and Advanced Practitioner membership criteria. ACR Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner membership is recognized throughout the world and codified in many state laws.
