About Resolution Resources of Colorado

Resolution Resources of Colorado has provided mediation and training services in Colorado Springs since 1984.  We are the oldest mediation and training organization in Southern Colorado.  Resolution Resources of Colorado mediators and trainers have more experience than anyone in the region in their specialty areas.  We provide mediation and training services locally in Colorado Springs and to clients in their communities.  We also have a great deal of experience providing telephone services to clients in other parts of the country or the world. 

Mediation Services

Resolution Resources of Colorado mediators provide mediation and facilitation services in divorce, disability, education, child protection and organizational disputes. Since 1984 we have provided mediation and facilitation services in over three thousand cases, a greater depth of mediation experience in our areas of practice than any organization in Southern Colorado.  During that time we have also mediated under contract with the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution, the Colorado Department of Education, the Colorado Division of Workers Compensation and the U.S. Department of Justice ADA Mediation Program. 

We provide mediation services in our offices in Colorado Springs or will travel to meet with clients in their businesses or offices in the Colorado Springs area or other parts of the country.   We also providing long distance telephone mediation to clients in other parts of the country or the world. 

Training and Program Development Services

Resolution Resources of Colorado has provided hundreds of training programs to over 5000 professionals and students in the areas of child protection mediation, family mediation, organizational problem solving and school based conflict resolution, violence prevention and mediation. 

We have helped develop numerous court connected and other mediation and training efforts in Colorado and other states.  Organizations we have worked with include the 4th Judicial District (Colorado) Office of Dispute Resolution; additional judicial districts in Colorado and other states; the National Association of School Psychologists; the Family and Education Sections of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the National Resource Center for Organizational Improvement; the Committee for Children in Seattle; Philadelphia Public Schools; the Wyoming Council for Exceptional Children; the Colorado Department of Human Services, the Wyoming Department of Social Services, the Colorado Department of Education Special Education Mediation Program; the Colorado Division of Worker’s Compensation Mediation Program; the Colorado Judicial Branch; Idaho Peaceful Settlements; student mediation and violence prevention programs in dozens of school districts; the ADR Certificate Program and Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver.

Resolution Resources of Colorado conducts training in Colorado Springs and will provide training at any location in North America according to the needs of sponsoring organizations.  We have standard training programs and will customize training to fit the needs of participants.
