Clare Fowler is a workplace mediator with experience in a variety of organizations.

Approach
Evaluative mediator.
I teach parties enough about the process so that they can make the mediation process work for them. I am flexible enough to help parties create the mediation experience that will lead them to their own agreement.
Fees
Fees can be arranged on an hourly rate, per diem, or a retainer.
Fees are typically $250/hour which includes document preparation.
Training fees are $1,000 per day.
