Shipping Policy

Most shipped U. S. orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Posted shipping rates are for shipments to the United States and Canada. We do not ship Internationally without further discussion of shipping costs.

Returns & Refund Policy

Services 
This policy covers Internet services, such as Mediate.com Dynamic Web Sites and promotional listings such as Featured Placement, Premium Membership, Mediate.com MarketPlace, Statewide Dynamic Banners, Video Streaming purchases and other Internet and digital services not listed. For listings or services that are paid monthly, clients can cancel at the end of any billing month without penalty. There are no refunds for a partial month. For listings and/or services that are discounted and paid annually, refunds are not available.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Resourceful Internet Solutions, Inc., dba Mediate.com, treats personal information that Mediate.com receives, including information  related to use of Mediate.com products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or phone number and that is not otherwise publicly available. 

Please know that Mediate.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies. We will not share your email address with any outside entity. If you have purchased a Dynamic Web Site or promotional listing on Mediate.com, some of your personal information may be displayed on your web site or listing.
