The African Arbitration Association has just published the African Arbitration Atlas, which constitutes a free online resource including African arbitration and a directory of African international arbitrators. The atlas is interactive and includes information on whether a particular country has arbitration institutions, has adopted the UNCITRAL Model Law, and/or has signed the New York Convention, the ICSID Convention, and OHADA. The atlas also includes a comparative feature that allows direct comparison of two jurisdictions.
The arbitrator database allows users to search arbitrators by gender, nationality, language, specialties.
