It is very, very interesting. I agree with you. In my opinion mediation is a style of life based in no violence so you have to love people very much in order to help them to resolve their conflicts. I am an Argentinian Mediator and It is very important for me to share experiences with others mediators. Thanks a lot. Nidia.
