When Mediation fails because mediator is biased

Was involved in a mediation recently where my daughter was told that the other party involved would get what they want because they have money. She was also questioned about being raped as a minor child, by the other party, from one of the mediators. She was asked if she was hit during the rape. They said they were trying to determine if the other party was violent!!!! Unbelievable! I was outraged!!! Needless to say nothing was accomplished! I would never recommend mediation to anyone after the experience my daughter went through! It was disgusting and unjust!
