Caseload Manager's Data Handling practices
NOTICE:
Choices that Clients have with respect to the use and disclosure of their personal information:
Our Clients may choose to keep their personal information completely private, meaning that the public will not know that they are our Client. The only time that their information would be shared is if we receive permission to list the Client as a "Sample Caseload Manager System," in which we case we will only list the Client's entity name and city location as a "sample system."
The personal data that is collected from our Clients is only what we require to contact the Client, typically the company name, street address, a contact name, contact phone, contact email and company website. Our Cients decide what data they would like to store in our case management software.
Our Client information is never shared with any third party.
Our Clients have complete access to their personal data at any time and have permission and easy ability to edit and delete as needed. Clients are fully aware of the limited information that Caseload Manager staff are able to see.
Our Clients are able to inform us if they do not want their information shared on our website as a sample system. Some of our clients do maintain HR and non-HR data in their respective Caseload Manager systems.
If any disputes arise regarding privacy, these are administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) at https://go.adr.org/privacyshield.html. We request that our clients voluntarily pursue mediation as a first means of dispute resolution, but this is not required. If mediation is not desired or unsuccessful, Clients have the ability to invoke binding arbitration.
RIS / Caseload Manager will only disclose information to a governmental authority based upon a valid court order and RIS / Caseload Manager will do everything legally possible to resist such disclosure.
Our data and practices are subject to the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Caseload Manager strictly adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles posted at www.privacyshield.gov. This is a self-verification.
Resourceful Internet Solutions (RIS) dba Caseload Manager complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. (Your organization name) has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Resourceful Internet Solutions commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Resourceful Internet Solutions at: 541.345.1629 x3.
Resourceful Internet Solutions has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.
You as the client have the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration.
Caseload Manager is required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Caseload Manager is liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.
