Mediation
Ms. Allen serves as a neutral national and international mediator and mediation trainer. She has mediated over one thousand commercial cases involving a variety of subject matters. From contract, tort, real estate and business to employment, securities, health and franchise disputes.
Ms. Allen continues to build her skills and experience as a mediator worldwide. Her years as a business and tax attorney handling complex and multi-party transactions coupled with her education and experience as an ADR specialist have provided her with insight into how conflicts arise in the private and public sectors and how they can best be resolved through alternative methods such as mediation, conflict prevention and management.
Her continued dedication to designing and teaching dispute resolution courses worldwide affords her additional insight into the cultural dynamics of conflict and how people manage conflict. Upon request, Ms. Allen also offers mediation services to lawyers and their clients in subject matters involving family/domestic relations and probate/estate contests.
