Begin personalizing Caseload Manager with the Navigation Bar.

The blue Navigation Bar at the top of your Caseload Manager provides a variety of options:

  1. Display - Each staff member is able to see their information and only their information. Administrators are able to see all staff members' information.
  2.  Edit - The Edit Menu allows you to edit your calendar and existing directories and cases.
  3. Settings - The Settings Menu allows you to create and customize the selection options for Caseload Manager.
  4. The Reports link provides a variety of reports that allow you to analyze your overall ADR practice.
  5. The Mail link opens your Email Manager, including your email templates and your email communication log.
